Derek Brand, LCSW

Derek Brand is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who has over 10 years experience working with clients who have ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress, and low self esteem. Derek specializes in couples and family therapy counseling.

Derek’s approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Family Systems therapy, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to reduce emotional distress and increase emotional intimacy in relationships.

After working for many years at Directions, Derek now works independently out of this office offering both telehealth and in person appointments.
